We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a stylishly decorated, larger room on a higher floor. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and peaceful. The main concierge was extremely lovely and helped us secure a cheap taxi to the airport. The hotel's location is excellent, just a block away from Marine Drive, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the non-alcoholic minibar and the variety of TV channels. a nice stay in a good location.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. the room was also clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Another advantage was the location of the hotel, which was in a safe and convenient area. We were just a short walk away from a buzzing part of the city and a beautiful beach, which made it easy to explore and enjoy our city break.

That the breakfast menu was a bit limited, but it was still sufficient for our short stay. the breakfast was served in our room, which was a bit different from what we were used to, but it didn't affect our overall experience negatively.
